At the booth, Jizhi highlighted its automatic balancing equipment designed for rotating workpieces such as brake discs, wheel hubs, and motor rotors. De plus,, its subsidiary Hangzhou Yuju showcased automatic straightening machines suitable for precision straightening of key machine tool components including screws, guide rails, and shafts. The machines feature closed-loop control systems and intelligent algorithms that can automatically adjust straightening parameters, effectively addressing bending deformation issues occurring in shaft and rod parts during heat treatment and machining processes.
