Jizhi Five-Station Type I Fully Automatic Balancing and Correction Machine provides an automated dynamic balancing correction solution for automotive generator rotors, and is also capable of covering the balancing processing of certain induction motor and brushless rotors. The equipment supports angular (chamfer side), radial, or axial drilling for weight removal based on workpiece structure. It is equipped with automatic loading/unloading and automatic separation of qualified workpieces, featuring a low threshold for human-machine operation. With its fast cycle time and high balancing accuracy, it is highly suitable for high-volume rotor production lines.
