Cómo decidir el método de fresado para su rotor?

Rotor milling methodsgenerally includes R Shape，V Shape，P Shape, T Shape, and drilling.

1) R Shape:

Apples in power tools, household and the components of vehicle (wiper motor) profile milling. See picture of the cutter and cutting marks on rotors as below:

2) V Shape

Auto motor (fuel pump armature, wiper motor armature, glass lifter armature etc.) slot milling.

3) P Shape

Hair drier & DC motor profile milling.

4) T Shape

Motor de CC (serial 3、5、7 armature）profile milling.

5) Perforación

Vehicle motor (alternator rotor), pump impeller (Shielding pump rotor), process by drilling material.
