Product Features
The Disc-Type Vertical Fully Automatic Drilling Balancing Machine automatically calculates the drilling position and depth from the initial unbalance of the workpiece, such as Automotive flywheel, belt pulley, flywheel end cover, flange, clutch pressure plate, engine and gearbox, using the configured drill diameter, maximum drilling depth and permitted number of drilling operations.
Based on the configured drill diameter, maximum drilling depth, permitted number of holes and other process parameters, the machine combines these settings with the initial unbalance measurement to automatically determine the drilling location and drilling depth.
Mechanical Features
- Equipped with a handwheel mechanism for convenient and precise manual tool setting.
- The support mechanism uses a support cylinder that locks automatically as soon as it contacts the workpiece. This protects the measuring spindle from cutting forces and helps extend spindle service life.
- The dust-extraction head fits closely around the drilling area and works with a high-power industrial vacuum system for efficient chip removal.
- The cutting and clamping mechanism offers broad workpiece compatibility and enables quick, convenient changeovers.
- Suitable for drill diameters from φ3 to φ22 mm.
