Tire Dynamic Balancing Tester

Jizhi fully automatic tire dynamic balancing inspection machine is designed for use in fully automatic dynamic balancing inspection production lines for automotive steel-belted radial tires. It enables online inspection of static unbalance and dynamic unbalance for steel-belted radial tires. The equipment supports automatic barcode reading and identification of tires, and can interface with MES systems for data exchange and retrieval of corresponding tire model parameters. Equipped with an automatic lubrication module, it can perform automatic marking and grade sorting of tires based on inspection results.
