Drone Rotor

Drone rotors require dynamic balancing because any slight mass imbalance in a rotor spinning at high speed generates centrifugal forces that cause vibration. This vibration leads to several problems: it reduces flight stability and degrades aerial image quality and control precision; it accelerates bearing and motor wear, shortening service life; it increases noise and energy consumption; and in severe cases, it can cause structural fatigue or even mid-air failure. Dynamic balancing corrects this by removing or adding weight so that the rotor's center of mass aligns with its axis of rotation, minimizing vibration and ensuring the drone flies safely, smoothly, and quietly.
