The single-station brake disc full-automatic balance correction machine can test the unbalance of the workpiece, realizing automatic measuring and weight removal, and measuring residual unbalance of the workpiece, so as to make the workpiece get the balanced. The whole process of testing, correction, and retesting does not require manual participation.

The filter circuit with built-in FFT Fourier analysis function is used to eliminate external vibration and other interference, so that high-precision measurement can be achieved.

Digital pulse technology and timer are used to detect and control the angle of unbalance, which helps to achieve accurate positioning.

It adopts the electrical zero adjustment method of unbalance, therefore, a standard rotor is not necessary.

It is controlled by PLC and equipped with a fully functional software system. The calculation value, workpiece specification and type can be set at one time, and is adjustable later on.
